Under-glazed decoration is considered as the jewel of China porcelain arts and crafts industry. The lead, arsenic and cadmium free, acid and alkali-proof under-glazed porcelain is made from carefully selected fine raw materials, rare-earth metal and nonferrous metal and processed with professional skills. After being burned at the temperature of 1,400 degree centigrade, the color materials absorbed into the glaze so that the everlasting color under the glaze is clear, glossy colorfull, and vibrant. The porcelain thus produced gives a mysterious feeling of what some describe as what "can be seen but can not be touched, as thin as a sheet of paper, as white as fine jade, as bright as a mirrow, and clear as crystal".
